Yes. All FCO stores now offer Click and Collect - see our FAQ for more information.

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Please allow at least ten (10) working days for delivery from the receipt of your order and payment for your order. Delivery time is subject to stock availability, this period may be extended by up to 30 days.

Can I return a product bought Online to my local store?

Are your Online prices the same as in your stores?
Our Online store pricing is based on our Metropolitan store pricing. Variations due to regional pricing or local promotions may occur. Certain catalogue specials may not be available online.

How much is the freight charge?

Can I use a FCO gift card to purchase online?
Currently this option is not available.

Can I change my order after I have received a confirmation email?
Unfortunately we can only cancel orders in their entirety once confirmed and cannot simply amend it.

Can I have my order sent to my place of work?
Yes. When you place an order you are asked to enter the shipping details if different from contact details.
