Returns Policy for Online Store Purchases We want you to be totally satisfied with all products purchased from FCO New Zealand online. But if for some reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase choose the most convenient option from our Returns Policy below. If you don’t know what you should do or how to go about it send us an email to fcomailordercentre@fco.co.nz and one of our Customer Service Team members will assist you. 1. Taking it to a FCO Store
  • The easiest and quickest way to return your item(s) is to take them to your local FCO store for a replacement or refund or repair along with your copy tax invoice as proof of purchase.
  • The store manager will happily address your concerns and if necessary refund, replace or repair the item. Please ensure you have your copy tax invoice with you as proof of purchase.

2. Sending it back to the Online Store.
  • To return an item by post, or courier please contact us by email at fcomailordercentre@fco.co.nz. Let us know your customer order number and your personal details along with which item(s) you wish to return, and the details of any fault.
  • We will happily address your concerns and if necessary email a Returns Authorisation Notice to you. Items returned without a Returns Authorisation Notice cannot be processed.
  • When you receive this email, simply print out the returns note and place it in your parcel with the item(s) you wish to return. Please package your item(s) securely, using the original outer packaging where possible.
  • Return by either Post or Courier will depend on the size and weight of the item you wish to return. We will inform you which means is necessary when you contact us about your return. If the item(s) can be returned by post please take to any New Zealand Post outlet. Ensure item(s) is securely packaged and labelled with the return address provided on the Returns Authorisation Notice.
  • We may contact you by phone or email if the product requires shipping via courier. This is to organise an appropriate delivery time and place.
  • We will endeavour to send you a replacement or refund your payment within 14 days (excluding shipments to remote locations), providing your Returns Authorisation Notice is included with the item(s) returned.
